Trees Across Durham Recap

Trees Across Durham, a joint initiative of the City and County, has planted over 500 trees in the past two months. Trees were planted at 29 elementary schools and at several parks. On Arbor Day, volunteers planted 40 trees at Rockwood Park. The initiative could not have been possible without the partnership of Durham Public Schools, Keep Durham Beautiful and the City's Urban Forester.
